If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please contact us before attempting to return a product.
You have 3 business days from your order to request cancellation and to be eligible for a refund.
After 3 days, we will have begun processing (creating) your order and due to expenses for labor and non-returnable materials, no refund is available after 3 business days.
If you receive items in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us about replacements or credit toward additional Pop Bys for a different month.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
You must report damaged goods within 3 days of delivery. We cannot be responsible for items after 3 days from the date delivered via tracking number.
